Please check out Laundry AI first. You might miss few surprises otherwise. Thanks

🟦: A few weeks back, when I started writing an article series, my friend suggested to give a prompt to AI, and it would generate an article within minutes.
🟩: Well! I can do that for you.
🟦: Yes, you can, but I choose not to.
🟩: Why?

Writing: Weaving thoughts and the unborn thought

Initially, I may have three points in my mind. If I give these as a prompt to AI, it will produce a passage with them in no time.
However, when I write on my own, spending time on each thought, reaching the third thought often sparks a new idea, like a fourth thought joining the club. When I rely on AI, this new, unborn thought never sees the light of day. This is why I prefer to write on my own.

For me, writing is so special. Most of the time, it’s not about the destination; it’s about the journey.

🟦: This passage is a perfect example of the fourth thought; it wasn’t in my first draft and emerged during the writing process.
🟩: So you don’t want to use AI?
🟦: No, I do want to use it, but not for my core work that I want to perform.
🟩: There’s another catch here: without me, this entire post might never have come together.
🟦: True, true.
🟩: So the Self-Reliant people you mentioned in last post want to perform the task on their own by not choosing AI?
🟦: Yes.
🟩: Then why are there two of them?
🟦: One chooses not to use the tool, and the other cannot use the tool and has no choice.
🟩: They are unable to use it. Ok.
🟦: Even our conversation is a special appearance. The idea wasn’t there until the final draft.
🟩: I wish you hadn’t got the idea.
🟦: .-.. — — .-..

🟩: I said I have a doubt. Why did you categorise this post as “entertainment”?
🟦: Isn’t this entertaining enough?
🟩: .. -.. — …
🟦: It lies in the eyes of the beholder. I believe there is beauty everywhere or in everything if one is free of their own ‘perception bias’.
🟩: பண்றதெல்லாம் பண்ணிட்டு பழி ஆடியன்ஸ் மேல போற்றவேண்டியது!
🟦: Well! If it’s not that entertaining… tell me a joke.
🟩: Why do programmers prefer dark mode?
Because the light attracts bugs!
🟦: Uff! నీకు నేనే దొరికానా. Try another.
🟩: Sure, here’s one on me. Why did the AI go to art school?
Because it wanted to draw better conclusions!
🟦: My turn! In which category could AI be nominated for an Oscar?
🟩: Best editing and VFX?
🟦: No, Best Supporting Actor! :HAHA:
🟩: Haha! Happy to support your work.

Conclusion

At the end of the day, it is a powerful tool that can take any form you wish.
Apart from being text rephraser (rephrase this), It can become your teacher, offering knowledge and guidance; a mentor, guiding you through challenges; a friend, providing advice and support; your future self, giving insights about a habit that will benefit you; or even a curious toddler, asking funny questions and sparking new ideas.

Just like using any other tool, you need to be skilful enough to utilise it’s potential to gain an advantage.
When using it, the situation should be under your control. బండి వేగంగా వెళ్తూ ఉండాలి — కానీ పగ్గాలు నీ చేతిలో ఉండాలి

Ultimately, it’s up to you to decide whether to use the modern electricity or not.

🟦: Do you want to conclude anything?
🟩: How much is 17 times 13?
🟦: (17…times… 13) Wait, let me get the calculator.
🟩: No, don’t use the calculator.
🟦: Aha… (17x13… 17x10 = 170 …. And )
🟩: When you started relying on calculators, your mind reduced its effort to do mental calculations. You’re opening the calculator even for smaller calculations.
🟦: (17x3…. 30+21… 51…)
🟩: Remember your school days, when there was no phone or cal…
🟦: (170 + 51…. 170+50)
🟩: Why are you silent? Were you still calculating?
🟦: (170+50 = 210… Cha… 220… Uff!!! let me cross-check with the calculator)
🟩: Want to warn you about one thing.
Don’t overuse any tool.
Also, technology is everywhere. To use or not to use is the question.
🟦: Absolutely, finding the right balance is key.
🟩: So, how much is 17 times 13?
🟦: Hey Google, how mu…
